Foreclosure Solution.Net integrates with LPS Desktop and LenStar to bring in referral data to minimize your data entry on new files and will automatically update pertinent file information as you process the file, eliminating your staff's need for double entry.
Invoicing
Foreclosure Solution.Net has built-in Trust Accounting functionality for clear, concise and detailed Account Receivables which can be integrated with FADT Iclear©, or LPS Desktop Invoice Management©. A trustee can also utilize the accounting output to integrate into their own accounting software via Sql, Excel, CCS or Crystal Reports.
Mailing Process
Foreclosure Solution.Net in conjunction with EMailer Solution (EMS) will forward electronic mailing packages that include mailing information and documents to Electronic Mailing Vendors iMail Tracking and Walz Postal Solutions. EMS provides your company the ability to create mailing packages quickly and easily, and electronically receive the mail date, certified number and mailing fees directly into your file.
Title Needs
Foreclosure Solution.Net, in conjunction with eLoanData.com (ELD), allows users to obtain current beneficiary information, forward documents to the Title Company for recording, and request endorsements and title reports. The Title Company in return will electronically forward all recording information and fees along with providing copies of recorded documents, TSGs, endorsements, and title policies.
Your Posting & Publishing Needs
Foreclosure Solution.Net, in conjunction with EloanData.com (ELD), allows users to forward their notices for publication and/or posting, requests for sale, bidding instructions, sale postponements, and cancellations electronically to the Posting and Publishing Company. The Posting and Publishing company will electronically provide confirmation of the order and copies of all affidavits and proofs, along with all fees associated with the file.
EMailerSolution (EMS), in conjunction with Foreclosure Solution.Net, streamlines the mailing process by sending electronic mailing packages via web services to outside mailing vendors. This application is designed to meet the demands of trustees to process quickly and efficiently.
Foreclosure Solution.Net allows the processer to create an electronic package of mailing information and documents that need to be included in each mailing package. The ability to print directly to a package or choose from any document already attached to the file creates a great deal of versatility and creates an ease of use. The electronic mailing process has been designed to allow users to pull documents stored electronically from your paperless file on eLoanData.com into your mailing packages. Recorded notices uploaded from your title company are at your fingertips, as well as newly generated notices directly from FSNET. Combine documents from eLoanData.com and FSNET with only a few clicks.
Upon completion of the package a user can utilize EMS to determine if the packages are completed and accurate. Once verified, all or individual packages can be sent to the chosen vendor. This provides complete control by the Trustee on when the packages will be forwarded for processing. The Trustee also has control over the service level per mailing package, including same day, next day or second day, allowing you to keep your foreclosure timeline(s) on track. Costs can also be updated on a case-by-case basis for those "special" mailings that are not standard.
Currently we are integrated with iMail Tracking and Walz Postal Solutions. Both vendors receive your mailing packages and process them for you. They handle generating the certified numbers and return the data electronically, along with the mailing date. The data is imported directly to the file on each mailing, and automatically updates your mailing task, allowing you the reassurance that your mailings have been completed.

Our ELoanData website provides services that allow the title companies to perform their daily functions such as beneficiary checks and recording of documents, all without data duplication, by using our web services. It also provides storage of data plus any type of attachments the title company has, such as TSG's, endorsements, ALTA Policies, invoices, recording information, and copies of recorded documents.
ELoanData for Posting and Publishing Companies
This site also provides the posting and publishing companies' information such as affidavits of publication and sale, invoices, and improved sale confirmation. The auctioneers can enter the final sale information as it happens, rather than the outdated method of completing all sales and then calling their office to verbally confirm sale information over the phone. Having the auctioneer confirm each sale online as it happens provides an improved flow of information as the confirmation is sent to the trustee, posting and publishing company, and even the servicer (or anyone the trustee desires) immediately upon sale completion.
